Terms of Use for CRAIG ASBL

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please read these CRAIG ASBL ("CRAIG") terms and conditions of use ("Agreement") carefully before opening your account and/or before downloading any content. This Agreement consists of the terms and conditions which govern your ("You" or "User") access to and use of CRAIG's solutions and constitutes a binding agreement between You and CRAIG ASBL. By registering with CRAIG and/or using the solutions in any way, You agree that You are bound by this Agreement.

If You do not agree to this Agreement, You should not open an account and immediately avoid the use of the solutions.

  3. No modifications are made to the technical or legal interpretations provided.

(A) NO LEGAL ADVICE: The Materials provided regarding the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or professional advice. 7. Export Restrictions

You acknowledge that certain technical materials or software provided by CRAIG may be subject to EU and Belgian Export Control regulations. You agree to comply strictly with all applicable export laws and assume sole responsibility for obtaining necessary licenses.

8. Governing Law and Venue

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be:

  1. Governed by Belgian Law, without application of any choice of law rules.
  2. Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

You agree to defend and hold harmless CRAIG ASBL, its officers, and members from any claims or legal fees resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the technical materials provided.

10. Termination

CRAIG ASBL reserves the right to terminate your access to member areas or solutions at any time, especially in cases of conduct deemed unacceptable or in breach of these Terms.
